Los Angeles Dodgers two-way star Shohei Ohtani hit his 100th home run as a Dodger on Tuesday night, crushing a fastball 120 mph off the bat against Pittsburgh Pirates right-hander Bubba Chandler.

The home run placed Ohtani in a league of his own, as he surpassed former Dodgers All-Star Gary Sheffield, who needed 399 games to hit 100 home runs in a Dodger uniform. Ohtani did it in just his 294th game with LA.
In addition to setting a Dodgers franchise record in reaching 100 home runs faster than anyone, Ohtani’s 120 mph hit was also the hardest of his career.
