The Dodgers made at least one move before their loss against the Giants on Wednesday. It was not the move that fans had hoped since Corey Seager is still on the injured list. But they did bring up an infielder to help with a rash of injuries.
Prior to Wednesday’s game, the Dodgers recalled infielder Sheldon Neuse. They sent down LHP Darien Núñez to Triple-A in order to make room for Neuse on the active roster. Núñez last pitched on Tuesday night when he was dinged with 2 runs across 2 innings.
Fo Neuse, this will be his second stint with the Dodgers big league club.
