After a disappointing exit in the 2015 National League Division Series, the Los Angeles Dodgers overhauled their coaching staff and continued adding to their expansive front office. Most notably, the club hired Dave Roberts to replace Don Mattingly as manager.
Along with Roberts came an entirely new staff with the exception of pitching coach Rick Honeycutt, who has been a holdover since his tenure on Grady Little’s staff. Among those who did not return was third base coach Ron Roenicke.
The former manager was hired by the Dodgers in August 2015 in response to the club’s poor baserunning.
