The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled Brusdar Graterol from Triple-A Oklahoma city and placed Edwin Uceta on the 10-day injured list with a right back strain. It was the second roster move on Tuesday, as Zach Reks also joined the team from OKC and Yefry Ramirez got optioned.
Graterol returns three days after getting sent to Oklahoma City as a corresponding move to Uceta joining the club. On the season Graterol is 1-0 with a 6.00 ERA but appeared in just 10 games for the Dodgers.
Some of that was due to missing time because of right forearm tightness, and another factor was the club wanting Graterol to refine his pitch mix.
