As the Los Angeles Dodgers have proven with outfield prospect Mike Sirota, “If at first you don’t succeed, try try again.”
The Dodgers selected Sirota out of high school in the 16th round of the 2021 MLB Draft. Ultimately, Sirota opted to sign with Northeastern.

Four years later, Sirota ultimately ended up on the Dodgers via the Cincinnati Reds in the Gavin Lux deal. When analyzing that deal out into the future, Los Angeles may have made a lot of money in getting the promising outfielder.
