Dodgers, players donate to help Harvey relief

In addition to the team's efforts, Scott Kazmir, a Houston native, donated $10,000 to the Houston SPCA, $10,000 to the Houston Food Bank, $10,000 to the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston and $100,000 to the Bayou City Fellowship, which was made in conjunction with LADF; Clayton and Ellen Kershaw, Texas natives, will be donating $100,000 to the Dream Center in Texas to aid in housing support to those displaced; Curtis Granderson pledged $25,000 to the Houston Food Bank through his Foundation, Grand Kids; and Yasiel Puig's Wild Horse Children's Foundation has donated $20,000 to the American Red Cross to support the relief efforts; Brandon and Amanda McCarthy donated to the Good Plus Foundation, which provides childcare items to the community; and Ross Stripling and his fiancée Shelby adopted a Houston-area classroom and will be providing students with school supplies.
