The Dodgers look like they will be without Gavin Lux for the next couple of days. After experiencing some wrist soreness early in the week, Lux was forced to sit out a few games. He was used as a pinch-runner but his role was limited to that.
The Dodgers opted to place Lux on the Injured List today. In his place, they have called up Sheldon Neuse to fill his spot. Neuse will get the start at second base today in San Diego taking on the lefty Blake Snell.
The Dodgers are going to backdate Lux’s IL stint, so he could be back as soon as this weekend.
