The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Minnesota Twins, 5-2, on Monday evening as LA snapped a three-game losing skid and improved to 59-42 on the year.
Unfortunately, closer Tanner Scott had to exit the contest with an injury. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said after the game that Scott felt a “sting” in his forearm and will get an MRI on Tuesday. He said it’s “most likely an IL” situation.
Ahead of the eventual victory, the Dodgers made a roster move, recalling a young pitcher who has yet to make his 2025 debut. The flamethrower was added as a veteran was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
