The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Shohei Ohtani will be the starting pitcher for Monday’s series opener against the San Diego Padres.

Manager Dave Roberts provided the details on Ohtani’s pitching debut with the Dodgers.

Ahead of Sunday’s series finale, the San Francisco Giants landed third baseman Rafael Devers in a blockbuster trade. The National League West continues adding stars as the trade deadline quickly approaches.
