Dodgers Notes: LA Makes Roster Move, Andrew Friedman Wants Chris Taylor Back One Day, Another Loss

The Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Arizona Diamondbacks, 9-5, on Monday night. They dropped their fourth game in a row and fell to 29-19.

Ahead of the eventual defeat, the Dodgers made a roster move, shuffling their outfield and activating Teoscar Hernández, who last played on May 5. In a corresponding move, James Outman was optioned to Triple-A.

Additionally, after releasing veteran utility man Chris Taylor, president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman talked on a potential way that Taylor could once again connect with the team in the future. After 10 seasons with the Dodgers, the All-Star will now search for the next opportunity in his baseball life.
