Dodgers Notes: LA Breaks 119-Year Record, Clayton Kershaw Role for NLCS, Mookie Betts Gold Glove at SS?

As the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday night to take a 2-0 lead in the NLCS, they broke an MLB record that stood since 1906. The starting rotation has been elite this October, but there is now a layer of history surrounding what Blake Snell and Yoshinobu Yamamoto have done thus far.

In other news, Dodgers general manager Brandon Gomes spoke on what future Hall of Famer Clayton Kershaw’s role will be moving through the postseason. Gomes claims that he would “bet” on Kershaw being a part of the rest of the Dodgers’ October plans, even after his last outing not going as planned.
