Fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers made a heartfelt gesture to a Toronto hospital after relief pitcher Alex Vesia and his wife, Kayla, announced their daughter, Sterling Sol, had passed away.
Dodgers fans raised $30,000 for SickKids, a pediatric hospital in Toronto.
In other news, Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw spoke about his future with the Dodgers after his retirement, stating he could return to the organization at some point.
“He mentioned something where I could hang out,” Kershaw said of Andrew Friedman. “That’s good, man. I don’t know what that looks like. But this is a special organization.
