The Dodgers pitching staff has been uncharacteristically strange this season. They have seen some highs but also some weird moments, as well.
LA has gone through different injuries and inconsistencies from their starters, seeing it affect their place in the standings earlier in the season. The team has relied upon rookies and different players that they likely never intended on using this season.
One of the team’s more veteran starters, Tony Gonsolin, recently was shut down for the season as he prepares for Tommy John Surgery. He will now miss more of next season as well, recovering from the injury.
