It’s been a long time since Tony Gonsolin has pitched a meaningful game for the Dodgers. You have to go all the way back to game 6 of the 2020 World Series for his last appearance. And while he did pitch in Spring Training, he has yet to pitch for the big league squad this year.
Gonsolin has been on the injured list all season with a shoulder injury. The Dodgers placed him on the IL just a few days after Opening Day. Since then, he’s been working his way back to become a consistent member of the starting rotation.
