Betts sustained the injury at home earlier in the week, after the Dodgers returned from a road trip on Wednesday night.
“I was just going to the bathroom in the dark and hit my toe on a wall,” Betts told The Los Angeles Times.
The 32-year-old is not expected to land on the injured list with the toe injury, according to manager Dave Roberts.
