MLB Network made an annoucement that is sure to make Dodgers fans happy. The baseball network will be debuting a new series titled “The Sounds of Baseball.” The first episode will be centered around the legendary Vin Scully.
MLB Network will showcase the greatest calls and moments from iconic Major League Baseball play-by-play broadcasters in its new original series The Sounds Of Baseball, co-hosted by MLB Network host and 2018 Ford C. Frick Award winner Bob Costas and MLB Network’s Tom Verducci.
Vin Scully was the play-by-play announcer for the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers for 67 years.
