Dodgers News: Miguel Rojas Provides Update On Cramp That Forced Him Out Of Wednesday’s Game

Dodgers starting shortstop Miguel Rojas left Wednesday’s 10-5 win over the Giants early with what appeared to be a cramp. Rojas was running out an infield single, but came up gimpy as he got to first base. He was forced to exit the game, invoking some fear in Dodger fans.

Fortunately, it didn’t take too long for the Dodgers to announce on Twitter that Rojas was, in fact, dealing with a hamstring cramp, which didn’t get better in time for him to stay in the game. Then, after the game, Rojas told Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic that he was fine, and that his leg cramped up because it was wrapped too tight for protection from the groin injury he was dealing with last week.
