On Wednesday, the Dodgers announced a series of shake-ups to the major league changes to the coaching staff. Danny Lehmann is moving to the bench coach role, while Bob Geren will be transitioning to a major league field coordinator role. Juan Toribio of MLB.com was amongst the people to report on the move.
Lehmann has spent the last few seasons as the Game Planning and Communications coach. He joined the team in 2018 in that role, but spent a brief time in 2019 as a special assistant, before going back to his Game Planning role.
