One of the smaller moves that the Dodgers made at the trade deadline was trading away relief pitcher Justin Bruihl to the Colorado Rockies for cash considerations.
LA was in the process of designating him for assignment before the trade happened, so they at least got something for him. They needed to make room on the roster for their other additions of Lance Lynn and Joe Kelly.
