The Dodgers announced a roster move ahead of Monday night’s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. First, Sunday’s game winner Gavin Stone was optioned to AAA after a 6+ inning effort against the Red Sox. To fill his roster spot, the club is adding recently acquired Tyson Miller to the active roster.
The Dodgers begin a 7 game homestand where they were hoping to welcome reliever Joe Kelly back from the IL. On Sunday, Dave Roberts shared that Kelly has a bit of a setback and may not return until later in September.
