When one batter seems to find their groove, another searches for it. After winning 10 games in a row, the Dodgers have now lost back-to-back games to the Rockies with the line shining down on Joey Gallo for his recent cold streak.
Similar to Cody Bellinger’s struggles just over a month ago, Gallo has now gone six games in a row without recording a single hit (nine at-bats). Only difference now is the postseason begins this Friday giving Gallo just two more regular season games to give Dave Roberts enough trust to fully utilize him.
