Just when the Dodgers thought they had moved past the injuries to veteran relief pitcher Daniel Hudson, cruel fate showed up and had other ideas. Hudson sprained his MCL in Wednesday’s win over the Pittsburgh Pirates and he will now miss a significant amount of time according to manager Dave Roberts.
Hudson had just been activated less than a week ago after missing the second half of last season and all of this year due to a torn ACL. He suffered the injury on the 28th of his 29 pitches in the game on the way to his first save in over a year.
