The lineup was set for the Dodgers second game of a six-game series against the Colorado Rockies on Saturday evening.
However, Dodgers skipper Dave Roberts needed to change things up as Dodgers utility player Chris Taylor was a late scratch from the lineup due to neck tightness.
Taylor was scheduled to start at left field and bat in the five-hole.
Following last night’s 6-4 victory, Roberts told Dodgers beat reporter Juan Toribio that Taylor will be out for Sunday’s game as well.
This is the last thing the Dodgers need while we’re approaching the postseason.
