Chris Taylor is a do-it-all man for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
He has been that way since he was acquired by the Seattle Mariners in 2016.
Taylor is outspoken yet also leads on the field by demonstrating extreme toughness and willingness to do what is needed for the team’s success.
His leadership on and off the field is being rewarded by the team in his nomination for the Roberto Clemente Award.
“I’m truly humbled to represent the Dodgers as the Roberto Clemente Award nominee,” Taylor said. “(My wife) Mary and I are incredibly proud to be a part of both the Los Angeles and Virginia Beach communities and to be recognized for trying to give something back to these great places and people is something I will hold in my heart forever.
