The Los Angeles Dodgers added the crown jewel of the 2025 international class in Roki Sasaki, but the organization continued to sign overseas talent soon after the Japanese phenom’s coveted announcement.

The Dodgers signed a total of 16 players to their 2024-25 international class, with only Sasaki pending.

On Friday night, hours after Sasaki’s announcement, the Dodgers signed Venezuelan right-handed pitcher Carlos Ramirez. The Dodgers also signed Panamanian left-hander Adrian Torres, who was actually the first addition of the 2024-25 international class. The official signing took place in Panama and he received a $365,000 bonus deal plus a $100,000 scholarship.
