Dodgers Lineup vs Rockies: Will Smith and Michael Conforto Out, Buddy Kennedy Starting

The Los Angeles Dodgers, fresh off a sweep of the division rival San Diego Padres, are looking to keep the momentum going as they take on another NL West foe in the Colorado Rockies.

The Dodgers are getting set for a four-game series in Colorado with right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto (10-8, 2.84 ERA) taking the bump for LA in the series opener.

Opposite Yamamoto will be left-hander Kyle Freeland (3-12, 5.18 ERA), who’s coming off his best start of the season against the St. Louis Cardinals, where he pitched 7.1 shutout innings.

Will Smith, who played three in a row against the Padres, is getting the day off despite a lefty being on the bump for Colorado.
