Los Angeles Dodgers utility man Kiké Hernández made an exciting announcement earlier this week.
Hernández took to social media to announce he and his wife, Mariana, will be welcoming a son next year.
“KIKITO coming soon! #2026,” Hernández wrote on Instagram.
The Dodgers have been without one of their most versatile players in Hernández, who has been sidelined by a left elbow sprain since early July.
There was initially concern Hernandez would not be able to return this season as the 33-year-old underwent multiple non-surgical procedures to address the ailment. However, manager Dave Roberts provided a possible return timeline for the utility man.
