The Los Angeles Dodgers have been hit by a rash of injuries over the past two weeks, with Adam Liberatore, Justin Turner and Alex Wood among those landing on the 10-day disabled list. Turner sustained a hamstring train, Liberatore fell victim to left forearm tightness, and Wood is down with left SC joint inflammation.
Turner joined the Dodgers on their road trip under the notion a return during the weekend series with the Milwaukee Brewers was plausible. Though, it was later determined he’d likely miss through the series against the Washington Nationals.
Meanwhile, Liberatore and Wood returned to Los Angeles to be examined by team doctors.
