Dodgers Hire New First Base Coach, Other Team Notes

The Dodgers announced their new first base coach on Friday afternoon, when Clayton McCullough was announced as the man selected for the role. McCullough was the only new addition to the existing crew.

McCullough has spent seven seasons in the Dodger organization, serving as the minor league field coordinator and overseeing operations this season at the alternate training site at USC.

Some may remember McCullough from the rumor mill during last offseason when the Giants were interested in making him their manager.

Before joining the Dodgers organization, McCullough spent eight years in the Toronto Blue Jays organization.
