The Athletic recently penned a very interesting article in which data was congregated anonymously from a good chunk of current MLB players.
The aim was to find out answers to some rather interesting questions. Players were asked which manager around baseball (aside from their own) that they’d most want to play for. Texas Rangers skipper Bruce Bochy garnered the most votes in this category. The opposite end of the spectrum was also explored here.
Former Colorado Rockies manager Bud Black and current St. Louis Cardinals manager Oli Marmol received the most votes as skippers players do not want to play under.
