The trade deadline is just one week away, and just about every contender is looking to make some last-minute additions to their rosters. The Los Angeles Dodgers are no different.
Dodgers general manager Brandon Gomes said the organization will scope out the options that are available, even though just a couple months ago the same did everything they can to not buy at the deadline. He added that players tend to become more expensive as the deadline gets closer.
“We’ll see how these next few days come out and what everything looks like, but as of now our stance hasn’t changed on needing to go out and get additional pieces,” Gomes said.
