Los Angeles Dodgers star Freddie Freeman is set to bat fourth in the lineup for 2026.
Freeman told Kirsten Watson of SportsNet LA on Sunday that he’s excited to bat cleanup.
With Mookie Betts expected to bat third following Shohei Ohtani in the leadoff spot and Kyle Tucker second, Freeman noted he expects to have plenty of chances to rack up RBIs.
“I’ve always loved being in the middle of the lineup with guys in scoring position. I love when there’s guys on base so I can either move them from first to third or drive them in.
