Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Edgardo Henriquez was poised to earn a spot on the Opening Day roster this spring, but a metatarsal injury in his left foot kept him sidelined for the start of the season.

Neither the Dodgers or Henriquez would reveal how the 23-year-old sustained the injury after he arrived to Camelback Ranch with a walking boot on early in spring camp.
Now, months later, Henriquez is still not inclined to share how he was injured.
“I’d rather keep that to myself,” Henriquez said to the Los Angeles Times.
