The Los Angeles Dodgers are off to an electric start to the 2025 season, but there are a few pieces on the roster that have yet to play up to their full potential.
Kiké Hernández has proven to be a fan favorite personality, beloved around the clubhouse, and a consistently effective hitter come October. So far this season, he is hitting just .206 in 160 at-bats.
Manager Dave Roberts spoke on how, “part of [Hernández’] role on the team is to be productive versus left-handed pitchers” but the utility man isn’t quite hitting like what his presumed role would be.
