There’s more good news on the health front for your Los Angeles Dodgers. It looks like injured reliever Jimmy Nelson may only miss the minimum 10-days on the injured list. The right-hander hit the IL last week after experiencing forearm soreness following his first start since the 2019 season (albeit as an opener).
He shut down his throwing briefly, but now Dave Roberts laid out what the next week will look like for the reliever. Spoiler, it includes throwing.

Jimmy played catch [on Thursday]. I think he’s planning on getting off a mound on Sunday.
