Dodgers Could Place Tyler Glasnow on Injured List, Says Dave Roberts

Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star pitcher Tyler Glasnow left a second consecutive start early because of injury. Sunday’s outing against the Pittsburgh Pirates lasted just one inning as he was seen in obvious discomfort warming up before the second frame.

The team later announced that his exit was due to shoulder discomfort. After the game, manager Dave Roberts discussed whether an injured list stint would be necessary.

“We have to get him to a place that we feel (and) he feels that when he takes the mound,” said Roberts, “he can go out there and be the guy that he’s capable of being.
