Dodgers: Corey Seager Takes Home World Series MVP Honors

The story of Corey Seager in 2020 has been one of the best in all of baseball. The Dodgers shortstop came back from a myriad of serious injuries to have one of the better offensive seasons we’ve seen in a long time. If not for Mookie Betts, he likely would have been the team MVP for the season.

And now, two years removed from Tommy John and hip surgery, Seager is taking home the World Series MVP. After a ridiculous run against the Tampa Bay Rays, Seager was voted in as the Most Valuable Player by Dodgers fans and baseball fans in general.
