On Sunday at Dodger Stadium, it was reminiscent of an old timer’s game. Hallowed Dodgers legends made their way out to the ballpark to celebrate and to be honored. Sunday was the day the club celebrated the 40th anniversary of the 1981 World Series championship, the 5th title in franchise history.
The video production team put together a wonderful package narrated by none other than the greatest to ever do it, Hall of Famer Vin Scully. For nearly 11 minutes and 30 seconds, fans got a history lesson on one of the greatest teams in the history of the franchise.
