Arizona is among the states around the country that have started to ease up on COVID-19 lockdown rules. Despite that, the Dodgers have no clear plan in place to reopen their Spring Training facility in Glendale.
Across Major League Baseball, some teams, like the Marlins, have started allowing players to return to facilities for workouts. The Dodgers are not yet one of those teams. They have however, allowed some players to come to Dodger Stadium for staggered workouts. President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman spoke about workouts at the stadium.
We just have a lot of restrictions and are kind of erring on the side of caution.
