Dodgers: Braves Pitcher Blames Bad Start on Freddie Freeman’s Ovation

The Dodgers were able to make the Braves work a little bit in the first inning of the game. Ian Anderson had to labor through 27 pitches to get through it, and he was able to do it with limited damage. Anderson allowed Los Angeles to push across just 2 runs despite loading the bases.

But Anderson had to wait through a little bit of a delay during the game. The second batter of the game was Freddie Freeman, who was making his return to Atlanta. Naturally, Braves fans gave a standing ovation for the Dodgers’ first baseman.
