The Los Angeles Dodgers are four wins away from becoming baseball’s first back-to-back champion in 25 years. To do that, they’ll have to beat the American League’s No. 1 seed, the Toronto Blue Jays, in the 2025 World Series.
The Dodgers are starting left-hander Blake Snell on the mound, who’s been virtually untouchable this postseason, going 3-0 with a 0.86 ERA and 28 strikeouts across his three starts (28 innings).
Opposite Snell will be Blue Jays rookie right-hander Trey Yesavage, who’s 2-1 with a 4.20 ERA and 22 strikeouts across his three starts (15 innings) this October.
