For Dodgers fans that are unfamiliar with Driveline Baseball, where have you been? There were at least four guys on the pitching staff that spent time in the analytically driven pitching academy this offseason. Alex Wood was one of those pitchers that spent some time refining his mechanics with the popular coaching staff.
Wood took to Instagram, via Tik Tok, to post some of his workout videos. The first video is Wood’s first bullpen of the offseason after a short on-ramp period. The second video is the Dodgers pitcher throwing after the offseason in what he calls a ‘velocity’ phase.
