With Hall of Famer Vin Scully entering his final year in 2016, the Dodgers have added a new member to their broadcast team.
The Dodgers announced Wednesday that Joe Davis will handle play-by-play duties on 50 road telecasts next season. Charley Steiner will handle the rest of the road telecasts on SportsNet LA and move to radio with Rick Monday when Scully is not working.
Scully is not expected to broadcast any road games in 2016.
The 27-year-old Davis has been calling MLB, college football and college basketball games for FOX Sports.
"I'm so honored to have this opportunity," Davis said in the press release announcing his addition.
