Michael Kopech only lasted seven innings before landing right back on the 15-day injured list with a new issue.
Kopech started the season on the IL dealing with a right shoulder impingement. He completed a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City then returned from the 60-day IL on June 7.
In his eight appearances in 2025, Kopech has not allowed a run and only gave up three hits.

The Los Angeles Dodgers placed Kopech back on the IL with right knee inflammation on July 1.
