LOS ANGELES >> Christmas has been rescheduled for Friday.
Seventy-five days after his last start – with dark thoughts of season-ending surgery banished and fears of a team in freefall without its best player long ago put aside - the Dodgers will get their ace back. Left-hander Clayton Kershaw emerged from his 34-pitch rehab start for Class-A Rancho Cucamonga Saturday with no recurrence of the back pain that sidelined him all these weeks and will return to the Dodgers’ rotation when they open a nine-game road trip in Miami on Friday.
