Los Angeles Dodgers star Clayton Kershaw is retiring at the end of the 2025 season. The three-time Cy Young winner made the announcement Thursday, a day before his final Dodger Stadium start of the regular season.

Kershaw held a press conference Thursday afternoon to discuss his decision to hang up his cleats after 18 remarkable seasons, and just about the entire Dodgers roster and coaching staff were in attendance.
The future Hall of Famer took the time to address his teammates in an emotional message.
