Clayton Kershaw placed on disabled list with biceps tendonitis

LOS ANGELES — The hits just keep coming for the Dodgers, who on Sunday placed Clayton Kershaw on the 10-day disabled list with left biceps tendonitis. The severity of the injury is unknown, but he is not with the team in Mexico on Sunday.

Clayton Kershaw went back to Los Angeles to be examined by Dr. Neal ElAttrache.

The Dodgers did not make the disabled list stint retroactive, which is at least somewhat instructive since they could have backdated it up to three days.
