Carlos Rodon remains one of those big names that has yet to commit to a team.
The Dodgers and Red Sox were rumored to be in the hunt for the All-Star hurler as well as the Yankees, but a new team has entered the conversation:
There’s a mystery team in on Rodon, and it’s believed to be the Cardinals (so maybe it’s not such a great mystery after all) #mysteryteam
Rodon has already expressed that he is looking for a seven year contract which seems reasonable from someone like the Cardinals who only have two starting pitchers under contract after 2023 (Dakota Hudson and Steven Matz).
