Andrew Friedman: Dodgers Can Rely On Improvement Against Left-Handed Pitching Rather Than Trade For Bat

With the 1 p.m. PT MLB trade deadline rapidly approaching Monday afternoon, there’s some uncertainty of what to make with the Los Angeles Dodgers. They historically have been active but arguably have their most talented roster to date.

They seem to be focused on pitching having already been linked to Lance Lynn of the Texas Rangers, Mike Clevinger of the Cleveland Indians and Milwaukee Brewers closer Josh Hader, among others.

One other area of need that they could look to address is on the position-player side as they have struggled against left-handed pitching this season.
