What went right
The Dodgers claimed Dennick off waivers from the Reds on April 15, and before he got a chance to pitch in the system he was designated for assignment two days later, to make room for another waiver claim from the Reds, Daniel Corcino. Dennick cleared waivers and was sent outright by the Dodgers to the minors, where he stayed through the end of the season.
